Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of Nision's Terms of Service and applies to every photo you upload and every video you generate.
What you may not upload or generate
- A photo of a real person who has not consented to appear in a Nision video.
- Any sexual or nude depiction of a real person.
- Any depiction of a minor in a sexual or suggestive context, without exception.
- Impersonating a real person, or using their likeness in a deceptive or misleading way.
- Content that harasses, threatens or bullies another person.
- Content that is illegal where you are located.
How we enforce this
We enforce this policy with the following mechanisms:
- The content filter run by our third-party video-generation provider, which can reject a request before it produces a video.
- The consent affirmation you give before your photo is sent for generation.
- The report action on a finished video's result screen, which flags it for us to review.
- Suspending or terminating an account that violates this policy.
We act on reports: this can include removing content and terminating the account that produced it.
What happens if your upload is rejected
If the photo you submit is rejected by the content filter, the credit you spent is not refunded — see the refunds section of our Terms of Service. Every rejection is logged. Repeated attempts to generate content that violates this policy can result in suspension or termination of your account.
If a video was made of you without your consent
If you believe someone used Nision to make a video of you without your consent, contact us at emirtopaloglu081@gmail.com. This is the only channel we currently offer for this, including for someone who is not a Nision user themself.
